Allowed Equipment
Pro-Hapkido tournaments allow the below types of gloves. Many different companies make this style of glove most call it "Cobra gloves". Other styles of gloves maybe allowed as well as long as there is sufficient knuckle padding, minimum wrist support and open fingers. Check with your tournament director if you are unsure.
MMA gloves like the style shown below are not allowed as there is not enough knuckle padding and too much wrist support.
Allowed Pro-Hapkido Shin and instep protectors shown below. Other styles maybe allowed as long as there is enough padding. No shoe style instep protectors.
